Metabolome platform provides support for research in biology, environmental physiology, functional genomics and genetics in the context of regional, national and international collaborations. It is also used in the analysis of products derived from plants and other organisms.
The platform provides:
- Analysis of phenolics (HPLC-UV/Visible, LC-MS ion trap, LC-NMR)
- Structural analysis of polyphenols (using MS and NMR)
Analytical Equipement
A 600 MHz LC NMR spectrometer (Avance III, Bruker) equipped with:
- 3 probes (BBO H-D-Z, TXI H-C/N-D 5mm andLC SEI 60 µL),
- an LC and LC-NMR interface,
- an SPE system for LC-NMR and NMR.
One LC-MSn (ion-trap) system for the analysis of phenolics
