La plate-forme Métabolome apporte un soutien à la recherche en biologie, en physiologie environnementale, en génomique fonctionnelle et en génétique dans le cadre de collaborations régionales, nationales et internationales. Elle est également utilisée pour l’analyse de produits dérivés de plantes et d’autres organismes
La plateforme permet:
- Analyse de composés phénoliques (HPLC-UV/Visible, LC-MS ion trap, LC-NMR)
- Analyses structurales de composés phénoliques (MS et RMN)
Equipements Analytiques
une RMN 600 MHz (Avance III, Bruker) équipé de:
- 3 probes (BBO H-D-Z, TXI H-C/N-D 5mm andLC SEI 60 µL),
- une interface LC and LC-NMR
- un systeme SPE pour LC-NMR et NMR.
un couplage LC-MSn (ion-trap)
