La plate-forme Métabolome apporte un soutien à la recherche en biologie, en physiologie environnementale, en génomique fonctionnelle et en génétique dans le cadre de collaborations régionales, nationales et internationales. Elle est également utilisée pour l’analyse de produits dérivés de plantes et d’autres organismes
La plateforme permet:
- Dosages robotisés en microplaques: protéines totales, amidon, saccharose, glucose, fructose, malate, fumarate (sous réserve), citrate, acides aminés libres totaux, glutamate, proline, chlorophylles a et b (à partir d’une extraction)
- Mesures robotisées d’enzymes du métabolisme central (glycolyse, TCA, Calvin-pentoses phosphates, saccharose, assimilation de l’azote)

- 11 lecteurs de microplaques UV/visible et 1 lecteur de microplaques multifonction,
