With @Metabohub we performed an inter-laboratory comparison of processing workflows for 1H-NMR-based metabolite quantification https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11306-023-02028-4
R to @BdxMetabolome: More accurate results are obtained with external calibration, although this involves a heavier and more time-consuming experimental procedure.
It’s dissection time for the @UNTWIST_H2020 project. Camelina fruits are now separated between seeds and siliques and ready for further analysis!
